Gilbert Murray, Australian-born British classical scholar and internationalist. To Neville Rogers, Shelley scholar : 1 typescript letter signed "G. M." : 27 Nov 1953 : (S'ANA 0912.42) : from Yatscombe, Boar's Hill, Oxford (printed stationery) : begins, "I think Shelley was really quoting from the Nichomachean Ethics, 1177B, though the words are not exactly the same ..."; with spaces in the body left for Greek words, which Murray has written ink ink. With the stamped, postmarked envelope.

Neville Rogers was an authority on Percy Shelley and a professor at Ohio University. Rogers was born in London, England, on 5 January 1908.
